Admission

• All visitors entering the Gallery will be required to wear masks at all times and to undergo mandatory temperature screening and check-in using TraceTogether-only SafeEntry.
• This is performed using a TraceTogether App or Token by:
  • i. using one’s TT App to scan the venue’s QR code;
  • ii. displaying one’s TT Token so that a Gallery staff can scan the TT Token’s QR code;
  • iii. tapping one’s TT App or TT Token at a SafeEntry Gateway device.
• The use of TraceTogether-only SafeEntry is mandatory from 17 May 2021.
• Visitors with temperature above 38°C will be asked to re-take their temperature after a short rest and will not be allowed entry if their temperature remains above 38°C.
• Provision of digital dashboards to inform visitors of available capacity at the building entrances.

• Spacing out visitors/ participants wherever possible by using floor markers or barricades to guide visitors to maintain a distance of 1 metre from one another.
• Encouraging visitors to purchase their tickets online and/or use of on-site QR code to purchase tickets via personal mobile phones* 
• Deploying safe distancing Front of House staff during weekends/peak periods or when necessary*
• All audio headsets inside Gallery spaces will be removed for hygiene purposes and visitors are encouraged to download the free Gallery Explorer app, which will grant them access to rich audio tours to complement their experience.*
• All Front of House, security, cleaning and Gallery staff will be required to wear masks, conduct regular temperature taking and put on an “I’m Cool” sticker once they have taken their temperature and are cleared to continue working. Frontline staff with higher levels of interaction with visitors will be encouraged to put on face shields as well
• Encouraging visitors not to visit in large groups that are consistent with government regulations on permitted group size (maximum of 2 pax)
• Extending priority access to persons from the vulnerable group such as seniors aged 60 and above and persons who are immunocompromised with concurrent medical conditions

• Large floor area enabling comfortable and undisrupted enjoyment of art while adhering to the Safe Management Measures.
• Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection services. Hand sanitisers are also made available at various locations throughout the building.
• Revising the capacity of our exhibition galleries according to the government’s guidelines.
• The Gallery and all our F&B tenants have been awarded the SG Clean certification on 13 April 2020.

*These measures are beyond the mandatory requirements stipulated by the government.
